Fusion was carefully designed to host its guests as they travel through the different culinary essences of Asia. On your journey you will experience tastes prepared in a distinct style from the far corners of China, India, and Thailand. From delicately prepared clay pot meats to traditional seafood dishes that honor the origins of our cuisines; you will always find something that fits your tastes. French and Asian cooking techniques are explored to create this Fusion of cuisines.
Our Chef’s experience in many different cooking styles and flavors has made the taste of our food truly unique. Fusion On Main’s warm and inviting ambience will enhance your experience as you take notice of the many original artifacts placed artfully through out the restaurant.Every time you return you will notice a new detail about the transporting surroundings around you. Salmon mousse and coconut milk combined with lime leaf and Asian spices, grilled to perfection.
Served with a side of ginger papaya chutney
Ragu of Shrimp
Braised in cognac seafood sauce served with Edamame salsa
Spicy Lamb Satay
Marinated with turmeric and coconut milk finished with soy peanut sauce
Chicken Pearl
Specially prepared chicken ovals sautéed with scallion and garlic
2nd Course
Cream of Apple and Root Vegetable Soup
Floating with asparagus tips and garlic toast
3rd Course
Spring Fresh Squid and Shrimp Salad
Tossed with Thai basil, grape tomatoes, pineapple and sweet peppers

Mushroom Chicken Breast
Mushroom and herb stuffed chicken breast baked to perfection topped with a rosemary sauce,
served with seasonal vegetables and ginger mashed potatoes
Basil Beef or Lamb
Stir fried with cashew nuts and served with a side of jasmine rice
Curry Spiced Tilapia
Grilled and served with rice pilaf and tomato chutney
Vegetarian Manchurian
Batter coated vegetables served with a Schezuan brown sauce

Soy marinated sliced chicken breast stir fried with mangos,
red onions, and fresh herbs, served with sun dried tomato risotto
